October 25, 2012
Clifton Park, N.Y. – Subsidium Technologies, Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of best in class communication network solutions for businesses across a variety of sectors, is being recognized by The Business Review journal as one of the Capital Region’s best places to work for 2012.
“This recognition is a credit to our exceptional employees who always put customers first and contribute daily to a corporate culture with uncompromising ethical standards,” said John Bova, CEO, co-founder and managing partner of Subsidium Technologies, Inc. “I am continually inspired by the efficiency and positive attitude exhibited by our staff. This is what makes working at Subsidium Technologies such a great experience.”
“A business is only as effective as the employees who make it run,” said Ed Degenhart, COO, co-founder and managing partner of Subsidium Technologies, Inc. “We are successful because our employees have connected with this organization on a personal level. I’m glad the exceptional work environment they have cultivated at Subsidium Technologies is being recognized.”
Each year, The Business Review journal hands out the “Best Places to Work” award to just 30 companies in the upstate New York region. Company evaluations for the 2012 award were conducted using an objective, anonymous 40-question survey completed by employees. The results were compiled and analyzed by The Business Review’s research partner, Quantum Workplace.
The survey ranks companies on the following criteria: team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices.
Each company will be recognized at a luncheon at the Hotel Albany on December 7, 2012.
